Pros

OK money. Free coffee in Springboro but the good stuff is in Little Falls, NY (you'll be expected to travel back and forth)

Cons

Company is not loyal to long-term employees. Cut you for any reason. Lie to you to get you in the door. Will not pay more than they want and will not give more than 2 weeks vacation (dont even try). If you like to work for a company that is stuck in the 1950's that the place for you. Dirty jokes are pretty ramant. Heard some bad comments about gay people, even though they knew person was gay. Bring flowers for secretaries day for the women and nothing for the guys. Do not try to make any improvements even if that is why they hired you. You wont last. There is a person in NY everyone hattes. She is very mean and very rude. No one will say anything to here (I dont know why) and she is rude even to the customers and she lost a lot of customers as well for the same reason. I

Pros

Profoundly, and remarkable technical department......they are world class. Also excellent salesmen executing the vision (which I will discuss in cons)

Cons

Management, Billy Burrows, former President (whom has recently passed) continually put people in positions that they were wholly underqualified for, nepotism reins supreme, a click, and if you were not in it, your position was tenuous. You could be fired on a whim, clearly troubling customers due to the volatility and incompetence of those placed due to nepotism. Their has been a brain drain , their were brilliant folks when I was there.......almost all are gone....complete lack of vision
