Pros

There are some okay benefits and the dev department uses libraries that look great on a resume.

Cons

There is a company value that discourages gossip yet the managers in 1:1 meetings only want to talk about co-workers and try to get as many negative comments as possible. They list a benefit as work from home whenever you want without needing a reason yet managers use it as a privilege against employees. Many employees are backstabbers so the team cohesion is low. The reporting structure of the dev team leads to bias, by the team lead, against certain members of the team and for others. The company prefers to hire individuals who want to spend the day talking and playing games rather than hiring for skills and experiences.

Bullhorn Response

Wow... I must admit I am surprised at how critical this review is of Bullhorn's people and culture. There is a clear disconnect between your perspective and how we in R&D view ourselves, our mission, and how we set each other up for success. I'm sorry you left with this view; we missed an opportunity to understand your sentiments prior to your departure. I invite you to reach out so we can have a clear and honest dialog about why you feel so negatively about Bullhorn and what we could have done to prevent this. Please contact me via phone or email so we can discuss. Jay VP, Research & Development

Pros

Good growth and future looks impressive.

Cons

Low salary though. I will advice to discuss all the benefits and compensation you need in the first call itself.
