Pros
- The products are great (it's important for me to sell a product I can be proud of) - The team is very friendly and the hierarchy very flat in practice (everyone is very approachable) - The office location is pretty good - The company has big goals and there's always a lot happening - There's a good social team for office events and activities - Perks are pretty good (including health insurance, gym discounts and a good Perkbox plan)
Cons
- The WFH schedule could use some flexibility. It's currently on the restrictive side
