      Just got acquired, very exciting times ahead

      Pros

      Great product, most of the hires are great, great managers

      Cons

      Relatively new hire talk very poorly about management, engage in gossips a lot, not happy with acquisition due to low price and 1 year cliff all start ups have so he has no equity in startup, JEst not good behavior and jlie

      Pros

      The Exec team is down-to-earth and approachable. The leaders here really do care about the happiness of employees and understand that when employees are happy customers are taken care of. The culture is supportive, fun and empowering. People are encouraged to bring their full selves to work, to be authentic and engaged. There are limitless opportunities for growth!

      Cons

      We are growing rapidly and working to scale, and cannot hire fast enough but that's a good problem! Typical growing pains of a rocketship startup but you are surrounded by an empathetic and supportive team that will help you out.

      Growth opportunities abound. Leadership is great. There is a real culture of trust and room for employees to grow into their strengths. Design is highly valued.

      Cons

      We're scaling so one might need to learn a lot of new names.
