Pros

A good range of large corporate clients, allowing you to work with some big names.

Cons

Lots of boring brochure sites. Heart and soul removed from the company culture leading to a massive turn over in staff. KPI driven harassment of development staff. Plus has now been sold to form a larger website factory.

Pros

BB recognise that their staff are at the core of the business and treat them with respect. We are well looked after with private health care, etc. Great opportunities to grow within the business.

Cons

Heavily process driven and adjustment to the BB Way can be difficult. New starters are thrown in the deep-end with little support.
