A Company That Actually Cares About Its People and Mission

Pros

Working at BuildWitt has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. The leadership team genuinely believes in the mission of improving the skilled trades industry, and that passion is contagious. You feel like your work actually matters. The culture is collaborative and transparent — leadership communicates openly and employees are treated like adults. There's real opportunity for growth here, and the team is full of hardworking, like-minded people who are passionate about what they do. Work-life balance is respected, and the company continues to invest in its people.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move fast and processes are still being built out. If you're not comfortable with some ambiguity, it might take adjustment. But if you embrace it, it's actually exciting to help shape how things are done.

Rewarding Until They Pull the Rug from Under You.

You get to “change the world” No one is looking over your shoulder The lower level employees are awesome

Cons

Extremely overworked Extremely underpaid A “software” company that used to care about their employees but as they turn more corporate they keep letting people who were incredible at their jobs go to keep some of the useless executives. I.E. we had an awesome content producer they let go of while she was on maternity leave.

If you are a Christian this is your place Has a good product Open to using new tools Has a very large conference each year which will bring in more inbound leads As an AE there is a good ramp time Hires Sales Coaches to improve team

Cons

Management makes swift decisions based on emotions or whatever sales training fad is popular Very cliquish. If you don't mesh within the first few days you will never fit in They do not know how to work as a team Management is stretched too thin Employees are either related or friends with each other
