      - great people working collaborative to do the right things - solid leadership: ambitious, directionally focused, looking for growth and with real care for people - fully remote with a 4-hour overlap in the HQ timezone - happy customers with strong retention - culture first mission / great product: building "cultures of employee recognition" in companies everywhere

      Cons

      - hard working startup culture, few breaks - potential for more in-person offsites, given it's a remote org - more team celebrations
