If you are considering employment with Bryce, you are honestly better off working for the prime in the government contract.
Micromanagement is the culture.
I found out Bryce was not the prime in the contract, which makes things more difficult.
You will work long (10+) hours on a daily bases since that is "expected." Meaning no work-life balance.
Low salary offered for contract positions (government contract agency).
Mediocre medical and dental coverage.
Feels like you are working in a staffing/temp agency.
Constant mistreatment from your supervisor, the prime POC, and the client POC.
The workload keeps piling up due to staff shortages and constant turnover.
Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company for applicants seeking employment.
