Client-wise - client should not agree for an OT if they will dispute it months after especially when the staff and the client had been communicating regarding the performance.

Initial recruitment process was fast. Work-from-home setup.

Extremely poor communication and lack of accountability — I was terminated after only 3 days due to a 'strong accent' without any prior notice, left unaware over the weekend that I was already offboarded, and had to hear the termination from the client instead of BruntWork. I had already logged in at 11 PM, but the SSP asked me to wait until 2:30 AM PH time for a ‘touchpoint’ just to explain the termination, and despite promising to reprofile me, it’s been over 3 weeks with no response to my follow-ups via email and messages.
