Pros

Great tools to do your job. Great systems. Good benefits and perks like boat discounts. The brands are some of the best in the industry.

Cons

Culture. There is NO career track or upward mobility unless you are in the politically 'in' group. Senior positions are hires from the outside. No development. Senior management supports a hunger games approach to subordinates. Diversity, other than Caucasian women is non-existent. Very much an 'old boy' network.

Pros

Ok pay, and benefits. Very few smart people but the ones that are, they are not valued

Cons

This is a very blatantly ageist, racist company. The management in most departments are filled with under qualified, cocky millennials that have been granted a chance because of either who they know or who they have sucked up to.

Pros

Flexible work environment . Good Philosophy of Work place and development channels.

Cons

No Career track. Poor execution of talent retention. Not diverse. Hyper political and lacking application of equity for all employees.
