      -Unfair treatment of the management in the CSR department -Although they work less, other individuals still receive higher rates -People who are not meeting the target are usually retained by them

      This review is false and has been reported to Glassdoor. We do not have any salaried staff on the customer service team that have been with BrüMate for less than a year.

      - Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office a week) - Be a part of a rapidly growing brand that is carving out it's name in a big way within the drinkware/coolers space - Many team bonding + volunteer opportunities - Dylan (founder) is in office most days, which shows dedication and commitment among leadership - Beer/Cold Brew on tap, kitchen stocked with snacks - Office located in heart of Rino - Company growing at an accelerated rate - Most of the team is local which helps foster relationships with coworkers - Fun work culture + environment - Flexible PTO
