Very clique-y culture. Management chooses who they like and dislike. A lot of volume work rather than quality work. Expect you to go to many extra curriculars outside work hours Lack of training and consideration from seniors for newcomers. Lack of communication from seniors especially when terminating an employee with no notice or previous warnings.
