It was good and a learning experience while it lasted.
Cons
Expect to be laid off unexpectedly and like you're worth nothing to the company. No explanation given or openness for dialogue and feedback. Understaffed and overworked. For a company that prides themselves on "balance" there isn't a whole bunch of it.
