I worked at BrightPath Kids as an Accounts Payable Analyst for only one month. During that time, a senior accounts payable staff member did not provide proper training and was very rude to new employees. Additionally, the manager and finance controller did not respond in a professional manner. Despite informing the HR manager about the issue, no action was taken. My concerns were completely ignored, and as a result, I experienced a toxic work culture at the Etobicoke office. With over 7 years of experience in various organizations, I found the staff at BrightPath Kids to be unprofessional and unwelcoming

The children for the most part are wonderful

Cons

The management is horrible, the staff is horrible. You are expected to work longer than your hours scheduled which is already long hours. The children don't get to enjoy themselves because of rigid rules that have to be followed. Not supposed to comfort 2 year olds when they cry
