      Pros

      Bright Pink is an organization that focuses on prevention and empowers women to be their own best advocates. The work environment is fast-paced, with a team comprised of driven, capable women. If you want to work hard and make a difference, this is place for you!

      Cons

      As a newer nonprofit, there are natural growing pains that take place. The good news is, the leadership team knows that and has been very strategic about making incremental changes. From modifying benefits to creating an office environment that works for all styles, challenges and opportunities are named and most importantly, addressed.

      Pros

      For a small team, the organization has an amazing culture. Everyone truly cares about the mission and aim to make the biggest impact through their work. Even when busy season hits, all hands are on deck. The benefits are competitive to those at my previous corporate employment. Not to mention the office is super cute!

      Like most non-profits, the busy season is indeed busy!
