Very flexible, friendly and human. The work is meaningful and positive and the team are all engaged and friendly. Forward-thinking modern tech stack and sensible, low-friction processes.

Cons

No real cons. The autonomy / self-managed work may not suit everyone.

Received £50 per month to support wellbeing. Flexible arrangements around office attendance. Lots of team socials.

Cons

Expectations can be extremely high and sometimes unrealistic. Limited career progression opportunities. Often asked to take on tasks and responsibilities outside of your contract or job description, reportedly in line with the company’s “growth mindset” value. Strong focus on KPIs and objectives can lead to compromises on quality of work. Leadership issues, high turnover, including frequent redundancies and management challenges which impacts team.
