Pretty decent but lacking in communication

at the time, payment was good, and they were very flexible with the working schedule while not using intrusive work controls like screenshot programs.

Cons

There was barely any communication of what happened between sectors, and stability was very touch and go (they've let go of 40% of their workforce at once).
