Pros

-Incredible health insurance -some amazing colleagues across departments

Cons

-You are doing the jobs of 3 or more people for less than what you should be making for one job -Sales has ZERO respect for any other department, and managers laugh off complaints and treat you like you're the problem -HR is useless, and is routinely he bully instead of stopping the problem -Everything comes down to the almighty dollar -Managers actively block you from changing positions so they don't have to hire again -Senior management on down is dictatorial, and unfeeling. If there is something that can be done to improve morale, expect them to do the exact opposite.

Great Employees, Terrible and Clueless Management

Pros

Great culture that keeps employees around. Majority of employees (sans management) all care about each other and develop long lasting relationships. Stability in most positions.

Cons

Management does not listen to employees and is clueless. Internally broken and dysfunctional. Always "running thin" and often set up for failure. Per diem is horrifically low ($40 per night) and hasn't changed since the company first opened. Terrible office environment where they don't allow trash cans at any employees desk. No investment in employees. No development of employees. Extremely political. Extremely high turnover

Pros

The office is pretty and very clean.

Cons

Everything you can image: poor management, micromanagement, ridiculous rules, lack of respect for personal boundaries, you can't even have a water bottle or cup of coffee at your desk, no personal items (picture of your family) or notes at your desk, it's more important that your desk look sterile than your ability to actually do your job, terrible company culture, HR is worthless, they will fire people for no reason at all and have a terrible turnover, you will not get a raise or bonus no matter how hard you work, they reward people with cheap glass awards and a coffee cup, the CEO is a terrible person that doesn't have a brain for business at all and the abuse from upper management trickles downhill, you will not advance to a higher position, every job is dead-end, shall I go on? Worst job I've ever had and excited to have moved on to greener pastures!
