You know the saying if things sound to good to be true it probably is? Well for the 2nd time in my life this is not one of those. This trucking company has to be one of the best trucking companies to work for and I see EXACTLY why they have been voted best fleet to work for year after year after year! Finally honest recruiters that are transparent and what they say it is. A well paid orientation with lots of information and they don't throw you to the dogs they assign mentors to help you succeed not fail because this company knows when you win they win and don't want to take all the kudos but share with the drivers.EVERYONE shows respect integrity and treat you as a VALUED employee not just ANOTHER employee.these people call you by name not number. This company takes pride in there reputation and wants to mold you to do the same.which should be no problem since they respect you from the application process. The terminals are safe secured and make you feel like home. You have steady based income no surprises. You can get a hotel on them on your off day to kick back and relax I'm still looking for something to go wrong with this company honestly and just haven't had that surprise yet and been here for a good minute. I'm looking forward to retire from here were very happy .miss Kendall in canal and Miss Laura in Massachusetts are great recruiters with the highest integrity respect and want you to win and will let you know if this job is for you .
