      B&R is a wonderful company with plenty of growth potential. It was a pleasure working for my superiors.

      Pros

      Fantastic work environment. The organization respects its employees and the partners are reasonable. B&R has a wonderful culture with lots of young professionals. There is an appropriate balance between a professional and enjoyable work environment. For recent graduates, the firm is very patient with your growth and transition into the professional world. Flex scheduling is also a plus.

      Given the nature of the business, it can be difficult working with different personalities.
