Micro management from upper management is the overall culture. Performance driven ONLY! Equipment shortcomings, lack of Operator motivation, software bugs, and Material issues are ignored and viewed as "excuses". Local Team will be blamed for lack of commitment and "excitement". This turns into more preventative maintenance and more forced overtime for over worked techs! I worked in this environment for 17 years and 12 of those were as a District Manager. This was the most unprofessional company I have worked for.
