      There are very few family owned facilities left in the state of Washington, this is a great company with vision directed towards the quality care of their residents .

      State regulations create work challenges, but the management team strives to provide the best care despite regulatory changes.

      There are very nice co-workers

      Cons

      un-organized, very busy and messy place to work at. Always short stuffed and short of supplies. Not helpful management. For that reason, employees and family memeber are un-satisfied.
