The company is led by a complete sociopath, who manages by manipulation and scare tactics. Management team is made up of the "in" crowd, who have secret meetings behind closed doors to plan their machinations and backstabbing. The company is very small, so it's easy for the "in" crowd to monitor absolutely everything employees are doing. If you are not in the "in" crowd (most aren't), and do not keep your head down, and your opinions to yourself, you are targeted for retaliation, over and over again, in a very public manner, while being forced to profess fake enthusiasm for the CEO's ideas. The prevailing mood at the company is one of fear and intimidation. If you want to be valued for your contributions, work in a great team environment , and enjoy coming in to work every day, this company is not for you.
