Pros

Just the REMOTE SET UP + LOW SALARY

Cons

Ever dreamed of working in an environment where kissing A's is more valuable than actual performance? Look no further. This company thrives on politics! Those who play the game stay, while the rest are conveniently laid off, regardless of their work ethic or results. After being told we were part of the layoff (surprise!), we were still made to work for another month. Why??? Because apparently, hitting KPIs would still earn us our incentives. At least that’s what our TL told us. Spoiler alert: it was a LIE. HR later said no docs were submitted to process our incentives. So yes, we worked hard for nothing.. just so the TL could benefit from our performance. Classy move. Lol. They didn’t even bother finding new roles or accounts for us. Just a pat on the back, figuratively, of course and a goodbye email. No support, no options.. just out the door. Low salary? Check!! No salary increase? Double check!! Toxic management where backstabbing is an olympic sport??? Triple check!!! If you're considering applying here, ask yourself: do I enjoy being underpaid and manipulated? If yes, this is your dream job. Otherwise, RUN.

Pros

The first few years with the company were genuinely great. The culture stood out compared to the typical BPO. It was supportive, people-first, and built on collaboration. I felt empowered to contribute, and I was proud to be part of a team that valued growth and excellence. I’m still grateful for those early experiences, which helped me build valuable skills and confidence in my role.

Cons

Unfortunately, things changed drastically as the company scaled. The culture lost its heart. Empathy and openness were replaced by rigid hierarchy and internal politics. If you weren’t part of the management committee (ManCom), your ideas were often ignored, regardless of their value. I began to feel small, like just another number. The last two years were especially difficult. I stayed in denial, hoping things would improve, but in doing so, I neglected my own well-being, health, and peace of mind. Despite delivering strong results, which became obvious when the department struggled after I left. I was underpaid and undervalued. I now earn three times more than I did there, which says a lot about how my contributions were overlooked. The decline in culture, lack of recognition, and emotional toll made staying no longer worth it. Leaving was the best decision I’ve made for my career, my mental health, and my future. I’ll always appreciate the early years, but I would not recommend this company in its current state.
