      Pros

      Good work life balance as it is a work from home job.

      Cons

      Management does not care about your success. Little to no training or coaching. Poorly structured and poor communication. They will underpay you and only fix it if you notice. Don't expect your insurance benefits to work properly either, you could randomly lose coverage and have to pay out of pocket for a prescription or a doctor's appointment and then nag BKE to fix your coverage and reimburse you.

      The management is absent until its too late. They don't know care about any employees especially the female so called team lead
