      Pros

      Bolt Security review: I have found it to be a fun competitive environment. the pay is competitive with the alarm industry and they are growing fast.

      Cons

      the only thing I would say bad is that they are a newer company and still figuring out some of their processes. but they are always asking for employee feedback and it seems like they really listen to our suggestions.
