      Great place to be empowered

      Hourly team members get pay between $11 and $16 an hour based on the awesomeness level; no late night shifts; grease free kitchens; fun place

      Cons

      Cons? Really? Why would I still work here if there are any right? We are not perfect however we separate ourselves from the rest so NONE!
