      It's a great company with a really collaborative culture. The leadership team genuinely cares, and people truly live the company's values every day.

      No cons, The organization is growing very fast and this always comes with growing pains.

      The corporate recruiters were easy and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Too much gossiping and not enough professionalism. I didn’t get through half of my first day before my supervisor (who was a OT)came to me to discuss care plans being overdue. Needless to say, that was my first/last day. Between the gossiping, unprofessionalism, files out of compliance I couldn’t continue with this place.
