I suppose if you like to stay very busy this is the place for you. Coworkers are easy going and nice enough to get along with. Good thing considering you'll be spending lots of time here.
Cons
There are extremely unrealistic expectations placed on you, you will be overworked. I got sick with COVID while working here, and upon my return I was treated like I took a vacation and was expected to work 150% harder to make up for my week of absence when I was physically not even feeling 100%. I do not recommend this company or the management. Very poor planning and coordination between departments leads to costly errors.

Every day is different and growing more now under new ownership. If you like working for a small company where you can have a positive impact on the success of the company this is the place for you.
Cons
Being a small company sometimes personalities of team members can be difficult to deal with.
