Good place to work if you are new to health care... You can learn a lot there. But that good feeling doesn't last long.

You can learn a lot, gain a lot of experience, some of the nurses are very helpful and teach you so much,

Cons

The pay is absolutely horrible... And they don't give raises, one bonus a year (2% of annual income)that's only if hospital scores are high enough. You don't get paid enough for the work load they give you. And the higher ups are not nice, condescending, and show a lot of favoritism.

Very cliques , white nurses got the best group of patients . Patients very rude

There are some good people there.

Cons

For my own sanity, I had to leave. It's complete chaos there and I would never let my family members go here if they needed medical treatment.
