Company is run by two anti-union Andrew Yang wannabes who concern themselves more with turning a profit and appropriating international cuisine than supporting their worker's mental and physical wellbeing. Tips are close to nothing and there is a clear lack of interminority representation in retail promotion trends Cofounders rely so heavily on the positive reinforcement they get from their consumer base that they literally don't care about issues pressing company culture
