The people you work with are great. Hours are nice. Free staff food/coffee. Nice environment to be in.

Cons

Middle management quite unhelpful/unfriendly. Quite hard to progress if you don’t fit a certain type.

Managers dealt with tips and there wasn’t much transparency with them. Some management were quiet rude and unfriendly. VERY CLICKY!!!!!
