      Pros

      Cannot think of one if you are considering employment here and ONLY unless you really need the money.

      Cons

      Organizations are only as good as their leaders. BA's leader is a maniac and cannot be trusted. There's a reason that employee turnover is high and that BAnt is no longer readily found at retail and network operators anymore.

      Pay very well, very innovative and forward thinking made earn my pay and not sit there bored. Learnt a lot

      Cons

      USA based management caused some issues and staff were poorly managed for a while. Better after major decisions went back to Head office
