      Pros

      Work with great people. Flexible scheduling. Work environment is pleasant. Supervisors are supportive. Very little job stress. Immediate access to new books and movies.

      Cons

      Limited chances for advancement. Most positions are part time which means no benefits. Communications between management and employees could use some improvement.

      Great co-workers and beautiful library.

      Cons

      Management lacks empathy and any real understanding of their employees. Write-ups for false reasons in order to keep fear in employees. High level of turn over. Who wants to work with such toxicity?
