Pros

It’s an interesting product and the Founder is a nice guy.

Cons

1) horrible pay and very limited benefits. 2) There is no way to succeed in this company. They change direction too many times and the CEO gets in the way of everything. Any expertise I was hired for has been completely ignored and the CEO is condescending and controlling. I thought there would be opportunity to grow but new people don’t have a chance. You aren’t allowed to do the job you are hired for and they only care about the people that have been there longer term. 3) Who knows if the company is stable. They NEVER share the funding or financials. I can’t stay with a company like this and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Like so many others, I’m looking for a new job.

Pros

Great office in downtown Palo Alto

Cons

The new CEO is a shark and won't hesitate to sell you down the river. It's a tech company that discarded more than half of the engineering team to focus on sales.
