- Managers are all experienced and they truly care about employees and building a good company culture. - Some team may face burnout, but in general, good work-life balance. - Despite all the recent changes in organization, I think it is fairly stable job. Even if you are made redundant, there are always plenty of internal positions. - Benefits outside of salary is great: good parental pay, home office allowance, 2h of fitness every week,...
Cons
- Not the most exciting product and industry. The company and the market is already so mature without room to really innovate and make something big. - Company feels very Swedish even though they want to promote an international images. International employees may feel isolated.
