The company was good at the beginning, then became increasingly difficult to deal with, no response to messages/emails/questions which is defintely not ideal for a remote job

Quite an easy job, admin are friendly, hourly pay is okay, fully remote work

Cons

Almost all of my lessons were intro classes for prospective sign-ups, so I'd generally teach the same 3 or 4 lessons (lessons 1 of a new course, 3 or 4 because there are courses aimed at different levels/age groups) over and over and over again. It got unbearably repetitive, particularly on days where it would be the same specific lesson 3 or 4 times in a row.

Working form home, decend pay.

Cons

Low booking rate, zero tolerance for missing a class. No tolerance for out of control events such as stomach virus, power outage, etc. They have some sort of TICO score that is very vague and abstract, that they alway holding over your head but no one ever tells you what your score is and how to improve it. I had perfect attendance and I was a high preformance teacher, yet my TICO score was unattainable.
