Pros

Excellent company with brilliant benefits including flexible working. Qualification training is also offered and supported. Great policies and agendas.

Cons

Senior managers and above may take advantage of the junior members at times. Hard to raise this concern with HR or in other anonymous means. Bigger and better clients are often allocated to the manager favourites in the team which seems like unfair practice.
