      Official employment. Yearly bonuses. The team mostly consists of good people.

      Cons

      Not the coolest product. Salary below the market. All the initiatives are not appreciated. The only acceptable initiative may come from the CEO.

      The working environment is very good. The bosses and colleagues always listen and share all their experiences and advice. They patiently taught me everything and helped me enthusiastically from the first day I went to work.

      Cons

      Nothing, so far! Sometimes I feel pressure because of the rapid technological changes, but it's fine.
