A god place to start, not for stay
Pros
Very good working environment. In the summer, for two months, on Fridays, you can leave work two hours early. If you work an extra hour on December 24th, you get December 31st off, and vice versa. Your salary is not reduced if you take sick leave. You always receive 100% of it.
Cons
- No possibility of remote work. - They lack a remote work culture and they have teams scattered across different parts of the world, which struggle to communicate or manage themselves. You might find out a week later that you've been working on the wrong feature because they forgot to include you in the latest meeting, or even send you a message to update you on the changes. - Young teams: There are few chances that you'll have a senior who can teach you how things are done in the industry. Some departments are made up of 11 juniors and 1 mid who can't keep up with helping on all projects while keeping the department lead informed about how the juniors are doing. - Young teams II: You'll probably get used to bad practices because no one will explain the optimal way.
