We want to address the points you raised and provide some insights into the actions we are taking to improve the working environment at our company.
First and foremost, we would like to clarify that Mr Ashiq is not the CEO of our company but rather an adviser and represents a client who holds influence within the organization. We understand that his use of inappropriate language was distressing, and we sincerely apologize for any discomfort it may have caused. We have spoken with Mr Ashiq regarding his language choices, and he has expressed his remorse for any offence caused. It's important to note that Mr Ashiq, who has spent most of his life overseas, where using a particular language may not necessarily be intended to cause offence. However, we acknowledge the impact it can have on our employees, and we are working to address it.
Your review, however, has shed light on several areas where we need to make significant improvements, and we are committed to taking decisive actions. Thank you again for your sincere review.
