Pros
Having read numerous posts on this site, I am surprised by the negative comments, as they do not seem to be a true reflection of the group. While it is true that the group has undergone significant changes over the past few years, integrating several small businesses into a single collaborative group, I personally view these changes as very positive and supportive of the future for everyone involved. Many of my colleagues share this sentiment.
The group offers an excellent benefits package and is making impressive strides towards sustainability. Additionally, it has a social committee that organizes regular local and remote events, including an annual all-company conference dinner where colleagues from around the world gather. There is a mix of remote and hybrid working, with some really nice offices in Manchester, Macclesfield and London.
Cons
As with any growing business, not everyone appreciates the feel of a larger organisation. I believe the transition to a group structure has been challenging for some.
