      Working atmosphere, workload, support, flexibility.

      Cons

      Salary, a lot of unnecessary and useless trainings, permanent implementation of very clumsy and valueless systems, absence of bonuses, lack of internal promotion - preference to external people.

      Too much confusions within management and no clear vision. Company advertises being global but very very German centric and you need to learn the language to grow
