      Small Company with Great Trajectory

      Pros

      Bio SB is a small, growing company (less than 50 people as of now) with exciting changes happening. It feels like everyone is motivated to work together to reach our new company goals. My coworkers are great, management is super appreciative of people's efforts, and top leadership is really working to make good changes happen (and they are happening fast!). Lots of opportunities to learn, and everyone's voice counts. Love the ongoing rebranding and excited to see where the next years take Bio SB.

      I don't really have cons to say. If you only like big corporations, this probably isn't the place for you.
