      Pros

      Music Industry, snacks, good music.

      Cons

      Many insecure people in high position. Will not post jobs. Little room for upward movement in the company. Lousy pay unless you're at the top of the latter.

      Pros

      Fast pace, exciting, ideas are welcome regardless of your position in the company. To work for Big Machine you have to really want to be there and have a passion for what you are doing. It's hard but the results speak for themselves. Big Machine is not a micro-manager, it's a company of experts.

      Cons

      Long hours but again it's a lifestyle. You just have to learn when and how you need to shut it off and that is based on each individual for good work and home life balance. There is no room for negativity. No company is perfect, there will always be employees who are not happy and that just means that Big Machine is not the place for them. The grass always seems greener but is it really?
