Pros
Reasonably small business, punching well above its weight. Strong alignment in the mission across all areas of the business. Highly empowered team to get on with stuff and build great things. Open approach to work & easy to gain support / feedback on ideas.
Cons
We buy too many biscuits. FS sector is a slow moving beast, for any company that wants to do great things quickly, it is a hard customer to take on a journey.

Pros
There is a great culture of inclusion for all at Beyond Encryption and the sharing of ideas is commonplace. One of the reasons that I like working here so much is that no two days are the same. The work is varied and rewarding. Providing clients with first class service and support is at the core of the business and the team have a genuine passion for the products they have developed.
Cons
I have no complaints at all about working at Beyond Encryption.
