Pros

The variety of perks they offered was the only good thing about this company. I liked them for that only.

Cons

Working here is the worst career choice for most employees. The salaries are a joke, and the work is way more stressful than you can imagine. The brutal workloads pushed me near exhaustion and burnout. I don't want to repeat that terrible experience. Beware, future employees.

Pros

The salary felt reasonable at first when assigned fewer tasks, but the workload kept increasing nonstop. You end up stuck working long hours because the deadlines are far too tight and the workload never stops growing.

Cons

- Even when you try to avoid overtime and just have a normal, manageable workday, it becomes impossible. - You are constantly forced into long hours because there are simply too many deadlines piled on at once. - It feels completely out of control. - The managers are not fit for their roles at all. - There is a clear lack of competence, weak leadership skills, and an awful attitude that makes everything worse. - This is not someone who should be in management.
