Pros

The project is really interesting, and the team was great. There are also lots of events.

Cons

It’s quite difficult to grow within the company.

Pros

The company itself is good, but it still feels very much like a startup. The equipment and accessories provided were of low quality and often didn’t work properly. It’s primarily a one-hit game company, which raises concerns about long-term stability. Benefits are decent, but compensation is below market standards. Additionally, there is a strong push to return to the office, which may not appeal to everyone.

Cons

Feels more like a startup in terms of structure and stability. Compensation is below market standards. Strong push for return-to-office, which may not suit everyone. Onboarding experience could be improved — no welcome package or company swag to make new hires feel included. Equipment and accessories provided are outdated and low quality, which reflects poorly on the company’s investment in employees.

Pros

Laid-back vibe Some people are truly adorable Various interesting projects Nice perks Good work-life balance most of the time

Cons

Management is catastrophically incompetent. Producers/leads get promoted by playing buddy-buddy with the management clique and with each other, without showing any track record of skills or actually leading a successful project. The environement is insanely political. Manipulation tactics are rebranded as soft skills and influence, and are placed way above integrity and competence. Favoritism and double-standards rule the place. Some people are positioned well enough to believe that the principles of collaboration and respect towards colleagues don't apply to them. There is a huge lack of game production expertise in the studio, and yet, there seems to be neither any drive, curiosity, nor openness to improve.
