Sanitation, safety and dignity are not as focused on as it should be for ethical purposes. The turnover is high, training consists of being tossed in. There was mold on dishes periodically. Water isn't trusted by most employees. Fridge often has spoiled food. Clients that engage in aggression are capable of finding pens on the floor, or any sharp objects in random rooms. It is chaotic, unclean, and has questionable practices with BIPs and programs alike.

Management doesn’t do anything about employees not doing their job as a behavior therapist and instead running the center like it’s a day care, slacking off and not actually helping the kids
