Pros
Nothing is positive in this organization & I am sure it can never ever be.
Cons
1) CEO is a very cheap person. 2) CEO is spoiling career of candidate 3) CEO is not stand on his words. 4) He says different fake things to employees which create misunderstandings between good employees 5) He don't respect employees & every time he degrades the employees 6) He only values those employee who brings things for him & who do buttering for him 7) Managers are having more than 10+ years of experience but technically they are "ZERO" which demotivates the knowledge of existing good employees by poking them. 8) Management work is to build the team but management is keep on doing chit chat about employees to cross employees which results in fighting of employees 9) Company polices keep on changing within months. 10) Company is creating distance between employees by giving "GREED" or lollipop in form pre appraisal or more appraisal to some employees
